Seeking a community-minded leader with a passion for service, relationship-building, and making a difference in La Vista.

The LVCF is seeking a passionate, energetic, and driven Executive Director to lead fundraising, community engagement, and Foundation operations.

This position is ideal for someone who believes in the power of public service, has a passion for nonprofit work, and is committed to making a lasting impact in the La Vista community.

We're looking for a professional, approachable, and confident relationship-builder who can connect with donors, sponsors, businesses, and community leaders. Fundraising experience is preferred, but candidates with successful sales, business development, sponsorship, or other revenue-generating experience are encouraged to apply. • Lead fundraising and donor development efforts
• Build and maintain sponsor and community relationships
• Coordinate Foundation events and initiatives
• Serve as a visible ambassador for the Foundation
• Work closely with the Board of Directors to advance the Foundation's mission

• Flexible schedule (30–40 hours per week)
• Remote/home office-based position with local meetings, events, and community engagement
• Salary range: $55,000–$70,000; final salary determination to be made by the Board; no retirement or health benefits available

• Do you possess a valid license?
• Are you legally authorized to work in the US and NE?
• Do you reside within the Omaha metropolitan area?
• Do you possess at least five years of professional experience, preferably in the nonprofit or corporate sector?

• Briefly describe your experience generating revenue, fundraising, sponsorship sales, or business development in a professional setting.
