  • Humble – We put the mission first, embrace collaboration, and learn from every challenge.
  • Smart – We lead with strategy, adapt with agility, and stay focused on long-term impact.

Join one of the Top 10 Peer-to-Peer Fundraising Events in Canada.

When you work on Light the Night, you’re not just running a campaign—you’re building a movement. This is one of Canada’s leading peer-to-peer events, uniting thousands of people across the country to walk in solidarity with those affected by blood cancer. As part of the LTN team, you’ll collaborate with powerhouse volunteers, long-time supporters, first-time fundraisers, and families forever changed by a diagnosis.

You’ll witness moments of hope, strength, and remembrance—and help raise millions to fund research and patient support.

This is more than a job. It’s an opportunity to lead in your community, grow your skills, and be part of something truly life changing. If you're driven to build meaningful relationships and excited to connect new partners to our mission, we want you on our team.

What We’re Doing:

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada (LLSC) is reshaping the traditional non-profit business model. With a renewed dedication, we are focused on advancing patient and research outcomes while prioritizing the enhancement of our employee experience.

Core Values
  • Servant Leadership – We put our patients first. Our leadership style is grounded in the sharing of power for the growth and well-being of our people and the blood cancer community.
  • Lifelong Learning – We see learning as more than professional development, but as a mindset and philosophy to help us constantly adapt, change and excel.
  • Authenticity – We celebrate character and genuineness. We expect, respect, and welcome different opinions, modes of expression and diversity.
  • Shared Achievement – We believe success is a team sport. We care about results, but more importantly, we care how those results are achieved.
