Shape social change and community impact as a Social Impact Specialist s hybrid position focuses on operational excellence, partnership development, and program success.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Social Impact and be responsible for driving the delivery of impactful programs. The role requires collaboration with diverse stakeholders while managing operational facets of social impact initiatives to align with strategic business goals. Your insights will help enhance environmental, social, and governance practices at Meridian.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee execution of key Social Impact programs
• Maintain strong communication with community partners
• Manage financial aspects of social programs and initiatives
• Coordinate promotional campaigns with marketing teams
• Track program performance metrics and insights
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant program management experience
• Education in Business Administration or related fields
• Skills in monitoring, evaluation, and data-driven decision making
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and community relations
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
