Position Summary
Pass It On – Outdoor Mentors (OM) is seeking a motivated and passionate Program Coordinator to help connect youth with hunting, fishing, trapping, shooting sports, and conservation education opportunities throughout Pennsylvania and possibly surrounding states.
The Program Coordinator is responsible for recruiting youth participants, volunteer mentors, landowners, and community partners while coordinating outdoor mentoring events across the state. This position works closely with conservation organizations, schools, landowners, agency partners, and volunteers to expand access to meaningful outdoor experiences for youth.
Most work is conducted remotely from a home office using phone, email, and computer-based communication. Occasional travel throughout Pennsylvania, along with evening and weekend work, is required to support events and programming.

Regional Program Manager.

Full‑Time (40+/- hours per week).
