Ruff Start Rescue, located in Princeton, Minnesota, seeks a Senior Development Officer to enhance donor relationships and lead capital campaign efforts. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of major gift donors, develop innovative donor engagement strategies, and collaboratively work on fundraising initiatives. Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of nonprofit development experience and exceptional communication skills.

Salary range is $60,000-$75,000, with remote work flexibility available.
