Working under the Chief Development Officer, you’ll lead efforts in donor stewardship, proposal development, and project management. Your experience will help enhance CODE's overall philanthropy goals, contributing towards effective fundraising operations. Exceptional organizational skills and strong communication will be key to your success in this impactful position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple fundraising projects and deadlines efficiently

• Foster relationships with major donors and foundations

• Draft and edit proposals and donor reports accurately

• Conduct prospect research to identify potential funders

• Oversee donor communications and stewardship efforts

Requirements:

• At least three years of fundraising or philanthropy experience

• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Blackbaud Raiser's Edge

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Detail-oriented approach to project coordination

• Comfort working in a hybrid work model
