As a key player in the Foundation team, you will report to the Senior Manager, Donor Experience. This full-time role involves executing individual giving campaigns, managing donor communications, and supporting events such as the Para Tough Cup. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, alongside knowledge of donor management tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop innovative fundraising initiatives collaboratively
• Organize recruiting for key fundraising events
• Maintain and optimize the donor database
• Assist with stakeholder-led fundraising initiatives
• Engage with diverse audience segments for maximum support
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree or diploma in a relevant field
• Experience in fundraising and philanthropic communications
• Strong writing skills in English;
French is a plus
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines autonomously
Engage with donors and elevate their experiences while influencing the charitable landscape through sport.
