Strategic Fund Development Manager at CWB

Join CWB Group as the Strategic Manager of Fund and Partner Development. This remote position focuses on enhancing fundraising strategies and community engagement across Canada and internationally.

Reporting to the Director, Development, this role will significantly impact the Foundation's revenue goals through strategic partnerships and donor management. Your expertise in fundraising and communications will drive growth initiatives in diverse geographic and demographic markets. Travel across Canada and potentially the US will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute donor engagement and fundraising strategies

• Cultivate and steward donor relationships effectively

• Create strategic proposals and marketing materials

• Collaborate with partners on joint funding initiatives

• Monitor and report on partnership impacts and strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and commitment to continuous advancement

• 5-7 years of relevant nonprofit experience

• Proven track record in successful fundraising and proposal writing

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Raisers Edge or similar software
