Position: Executive Leader at Telling Tales
Drive the mission of Telling Tales as Executive Leader, focusing on innovative fundraising and community engagement strategies in a fully remote position. Provide artistic programming vision and direction.
As the Executive Leader at Telling Tales, you will manage all strategic operations to enhance organizational effectiveness and community outreach. This role demands at least three years of senior management experience within nonprofit sectors with a strong emphasis on fundraising. Collaborating with the Board of Directors, you will ensure the artistic direction aligns with Telling Tales’ long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution of fundraising and sponsorship plans

• Collaborate on strategic planning for sustainable growth

• Serve as a community ambassador for Telling Tales

• Ensure fiscal integrity and monitor financial performance

• Foster partnerships to elevate organizational visibility
Requirements:

• 3+ years of leadership experience in the nonprofit sector

• Demonstrated success in fundraising and grant writing

• Proficiency in organizational strategy development

• Strong communication and public representation skills

• Deep understanding of EDI principles
