Mental Health Outreach Navigator at Lionheart

Become an Outreach Navigator with Lionheart Foundation, focusing on community outreach for mental health services in Southern Alberta. This full-time role supports adolescents and families through strategic community engagement.

The Outreach Navigator will assess and develop outreach strategies that cater to the mental health needs of the local youth. Expertise in community development, coupled with strong public speaking and organizational skills, are essential for this role. Successful candidates will thrive in a remote work setting while engaging regularly with local partners and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate community asset maps for southern Alberta mental health

• Create outreach plans for schools and community organizations

• Introduce and promote Lionheart's services within target areas

• Collaborate with leadership to foster community relationships

• Monitor outreach efforts and generate insightful reports

Requirements:

• Experience in outreach and community development strategies

• Knowledge of regional mental health service landscape

• Strong skills in building partnerships and trust

• Willingness to travel and engage with communities

• Excellent organizational and presentation abilities
