Community Action Works in Massachusetts is looking for a Lead Community Organizer and Northeast Regional Climate Justice Director to strategize and support grassroots organizing. You will work closely with local leaders to combat environmental threats and lead a statewide coalition focused on clean energy and justice.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in community organizing, particularly within multi-racial settings, and will coordinate workshops, campaigns, and fundraising efforts to empower impacted communities. This position is based in Boston or Northampton, and currently remote due to the pandemic.
