URGE:
Unite for Reproductive & Gender Equity seeks a Western States Regional Policy & Movement Building Director to manage policy and advocacy efforts in California and Texas. This role is essential in building a movement for Reproductive Justice by collaborating with various teams and leaders to achieve meaningful change.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in related fields and a strong commitment to justice, working with young people and communities of color.
The position includes a salary of $115K and comprehensive benefits, including health coverage, generous PTO, and home office support.
