Breakthrough T1D is seeking a National Director, Leadership Giving to lead a portfolio of 100–125 donors, focusing on major gifts from $100K to $5M and principal gifts of $1M+. The role requires independence, strategic donor cultivation, and collaboration with the AVP on $1M+ strategies.
This remote position is open to candidates in Florida, with travel up to 40% and a strong track record in major gifts, CRM discipline, and complex multi-partner campaigns.
