Senior Development Officer

Position: Senior Development Officer Hybrid Role
Elevate fundraising efforts with the Pacific Salmon Foundation in a Senior Development Officer position. This hybrid role emphasizes major gifts and enhancing corporate relationships.

The Senior Development Officer at PSF is responsible for leading fundraising initiatives and growing financial support from corporate partners and major donors. You will strategically manage a portfolio of major gift donors while collaborating closely with the development and marketing teams. This role is pivotal for achieving PSF's revenue goals and advancing its mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support development and execution of fundraising plans

• Identify and cultivate major gift opportunities

• Collaborate with teams on marketing and communications strategies

• Prepare custom proposals and sponsorship packages

• Help promote key fundraising events and initiatives

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in development or fundraising

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or a related field

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

• Proficient in database and CRM management

• Experience writing fundraising material
