Executive Director LVCF

Seeking a community‑mindful leader with a passion for service, relationship‑building, and making a difference in La Vista.

The LVCF is seeking a passionate, energetic, and driven Executive Director to lead fundraising, community engagement, and Foundation operations.

This position is ideal for someone who believes in the power of public service, has a passion for nonprofit work, and is committed to making a lasting impact in the La Vista community.

We're looking for a professional, approachable, and confident relationship‑builder who can connect with donors, sponsors, businesses, and community leaders. Fundraising experience is preferred, but candidates with successful sales, business development, sponsorship, or other revenue‑generating experience are encouraged to apply. • Lead fundraising and donor development efforts
• Build and maintain sponsor and community relationships
• Coordinate Foundation events and initiatives
• Serve as a visible ambassador for the Foundation
• Work closely with the Board of Directors to advance the Foundation's mission

• Flexible schedule (30–40 hours per week)
• Remote/home office‑based position with local meetings, events, and community engagement
• Salary range: $55,000–$70,000; final salary determination to be made by the Board; no retirement or health benefits available

• Do you possess a valid license?
• Are you legally authorized to work in the US and NE?
• Do you reside within the Omaha metropolitan area?
• Do you possess at least five years of professional experience, preferably in the nonprofit or corporate sector?
