The Northwest Minnesota Foundation (NMF) seeks a Philanthropy Officer to drive fundraising and grant policy within its family of funds. You will support capacity-building, fund development, and donor engagement, partnering with the Communications Director and Senior Management Team to expand inclusive philanthropy across Northwest Minnesota.
You will manage gifts and grants processes, guide volunteer fund advisors, and raise regional awareness of NMF’s role in philanthropy.
