Remote Volunteer Caller Members

A Little Help is a nonprofit organization that serves Larimer County and is exactly how it sounds. They provide needed one off services to those in need in the community. This might look like a volunteer helping to clean up your yard, a volunteer visiting someone who is homebound, or a volunteer taking a community member to pick up their groceries.

These are essential needs in the community being met by volunteers like you!

There are 2 remote calling positions available and in need of volunteers, you can find details below.

• Member Support Caller- engages current and prospective members through phone-based outreach. You would answer inquires record service requests, and share information about available services and resources.
• Warm Welcome Caller- connects with members by phone to officially welcome them, explain the program and ensure A Little Help has up to date info about their needs and circumstances. These conversations help build trust, provide clarity and available services, and ensures members feel supported from the start.
