Role Description

This part-time, remote Coordinator of Volunteers role at GROUPE RBE (Roland Boa Entreprises) focuses on organizing, supporting, and engaging volunteers across various initiatives. The coordinator will schedule and track volunteer activities, maintain accurate records, and ensure clear communication regarding tasks, timelines, and expectations. Day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding and training new volunteers, responding to volunteer inquiries, and providing ongoing guidance to help volunteers succeed in their roles.

The coordinator will collaborate with internal teams to identify volunteer needs, develop outreach strategies, and match volunteers to appropriate opportunities. This role also involves monitoring volunteer satisfaction, gathering feedback, and recommending improvements to volunteer programs and processes.

• Candidates should possess strong Volunteer Management and Volunteer Training skills to recruit, onboard, and support volunteers effectively.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build trust, provide clear guidance, and foster inclusive volunteer relationships.
