Role DescriptionThe Executive/Manager is a full‑time, hybrid role based in Singapore, with a combination of on‑site work and work‑from‑home flexibility. This role oversees the planning, coordination and execution of initiatives, programmes and events aligned with the organisation’s mission and values.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities include 3 or more aspects of the following:
- Managing operations and budgets
- Executing events and projects
- Supporting administration, governance and leadership
- Cultivating partnerships
- Strengthening engagement amongst Christians and in the Church
- Ensuring effective communications and marketing
- Overseeing media production and content management
- Building digitised systems and securing web platforms
The role requires proactive problem‑solving, clear decision‑making, and a commitment to maintaining high ethical and professional standards.
Qualifications- High level of integrity, emotional maturity and alignment with the mission and values of Gatekeepers Singapore, including a strong sense of calling and Kingdom purpose.
- Demonstrated perceptiveness and keenness to learn quickly and adapt resourcefully.
- Experience in organisational management, including operations oversight, project coordination and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to facilitate teams, engage volunteers and foster collaborative working relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation abilities and active listening.
- Proven capability in planning and executing events or programmes, with sound time management and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with basic budgeting, resource stewardship and reporting, to ensure responsible and transparent use of organisational resources.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with good self‑organisation, reliability and proficiency in common digital tools (e.g., office productivity software, communication platforms).
- Prior experience in non‑profit or Christian organisations is an advantage.
