The Area Personnel Officer (APO) supports Field Leaders and Field Personnel Officers across the MENA Area by promoting excellence in personnel and hum

This is a part-time position (0.6–0.8 FTE)..

• The successful candidate will ideally be based in an OM ministry location within the MENA Area; however, remote work may be considered depending on the candidate and ministry context.
• Regular collaboration with Field Leaders, Field Personnel Officers, Area Leaders, and the International Personnel Team is an essential part of the role.
• Occasional regional and international travel is required for meetings, conferences, training, and field visits.
• Applicants should demonstrate strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships across diverse cultural contexts.
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) is expected. Experience with HR information systems and OM platforms such as D365, Caleb, Open Petra, or a willingness to learn them, is highly desirable.
• This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion when handling confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• The successful candidate must be a committed Christian who fully supports OM's Statement of Faith and is passionate about serving and caring for people within the organization.
