The Diocese of Raleigh seeks a Coordinator of Ministry Formation to equip parish leaders across the diocese. Reporting to the Director of Faith Formation, the role focuses on youth and young adult ministries, providing hands-on consultation, training, resources, and strategic planning to help ministries be vibrant and fruitful.
This remote position includes periodic travel (2–3 times per week) within the Diocese, occasional meetings at the Catholic Center in Raleigh, and mileage reimbursement.
