The American Heart Association is seeking a Temporary Outbound Customer Care Specialist to support donors and volunteers. This fully remote role offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and a full home office setup to enable productivity and flexibility.
You will make outbound calls to thank donors, educate volunteers on fundraising, and use various software programs to track interactions and ensure excellent donor engagement.
