Remote Volunteer Partnership Training Specialist

Help Believe in Me prepare schools, nonprofits, service providers, and community organizations to participate effectively in the Community Partnership Program.

We are seeking volunteer Partnership Training and Orientation Specialists to develop and deliver approved onboarding, referral-process, privacy, communication, resource, and collaboration training.

• Define partner orientation outcomes, agendas, guides, slides, checklists, FAQs, and assessments
• Coordinate virtual sessions, facilitators, schedules, attendance, and completion records
• Explain program purpose, roles, authorization limits, privacy, referrals, escalation, accessibility, and communication expectations
• Adapt delivery for different partner types while preserving approved requirements
• Review content for accuracy, plain language, accessibility, and version control
• Gather feedback and improve training materials
• Collaborate with onboarding, outreach, directory, data, privacy, and program teams
• Avoid giving partner-specific legal or clinical advice or promising approval, funding, or referrals

• Experience in training, onboarding, instructional design, partnerships, nonprofit programs, education, social services, or facilitation
• Strong presentation, curriculum, writing, organization, and virtual-delivery skills
• Ability to explain policies and boundaries clearly and respectfully
• Familiarity with accessibility, privacy, referral networks, or partner operations is helpful
• Reliable remote collaboration

This is a remote, recurring role open worldwide. Expect approximately 3–6 hours per month.
