Role Overview:
The Food Security and Livelihood Advisor will lead the design, oversight, and technical support of food security and livelihoods programs across multiple country offices. This remote role requires a high level of coordination with field teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure effective and sustainable program implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop remote support strategies for implementing sustainable agriculture, market-based livelihoods, and food security programs.
• Guide country teams in designing interventions that promote resilience, climate adaptation, and income generation.
• Lead needs assessments and analysis using digital tools and collaborate virtually with field staff for planning and implementation.
• Contribute technical inputs to funding proposals and donor reports.
• Maintain regular virtual engagement with field teams to ensure alignment with project goals and global standards.
• Provide mentorship and capacity building to local staff through online workshops, coaching, and collaborative learning.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Rural Development, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in food security and livelihoods programming, including remote technical support.
• Proven ability to manage cross-cultural virtual teams and facilitate online collaboration.
• Strong digital communication skills and experience working with remote project management platforms.
• Excellent writing skills, particularly for donor proposals and reports.

Role Overview:
The Health and Nutrition Advisor will provide technical leadership and remote advisory support for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of health and nutrition programs. The advisor will collaborate with field-based teams to ensure high-quality service delivery, capacity building, and continuous improvement of interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Support the design and monitoring of maternal, child health, and nutrition interventions, including CMAM, IYCF, and community health systems.
• Provide remote coaching and technical backstopping to field teams and partners.
• Conduct virtual assessments and assist with adapting programs based on data and contextual analysis.
• Lead the integration of nutrition and health strategies with other sectors, such as food security and WASH.
• Develop training materials and facilitate remote capacity-strengthening workshops.
• Ensure programs align with national policies and international guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Public Health, Nutrition, Medicine, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in international health and nutrition programming, with a focus on technical advisory roles.
• Demonstrated success in delivering remote technical support to field programs.
• Excellent knowledge of global health and nutrition standards.
• Strong virtual facilitation, coordination, and mentorship capabilities.
