Remote Youth Community Partnerships Outreach Specialist

With your generosity, we fund youth empowerment programs that provide underserved youth and young people with a safe place to call home, a family that loves them, a feeling of community, and opportunities to learn, build self-esteem, and have fun. Help Believe in Me identify and engage nonprofit, school, social-service, health, wellness, and community partners that expand resources for underserved youth and young people.

We are seeking volunteer Community Partner Outreach Specialists to conduct approved prospect research, introductions, follow-up, and relationship documentation for the Community Partnership Program.

• Research aligned organizations, services, eligibility information, geography, and appropriate contacts
• Build accurate outreach lists and record source information
• Send approved introductions and coordinate discovery conversations
• Listen to partner priorities, document needs, and identify potential collaboration
• Support follow-up, resource verification, partner onboarding, training, and communications
• Maintain accurate relationship records, commitments, next steps, and unresolved questions
• Avoid promising funding, referrals, eligibility, data access, or organizational endorsement
• Collaborate with community engagement, directory, school partnership, and program teams

• Experience in nonprofit partnerships, community outreach, social services, business development, education, public health, or volunteer engagement
• Strong research, listening, writing, organization, and professional follow-through
• Respectful communication across diverse communities and service areas
• Comfort using email, phone, video meetings, spreadsheets, or CRM tools
• Existing community relationships are helpful but not required

This is a remote, recurring role available within the United States. Expect approximately 3–6 hours per month.
