Hispanics in Philanthropy (HIP) is a 501c3 non-profit organization working with a transnational network of grantmakers committed to strengthening Latinx communities across the Americas. HIP connects and convenes funders, nonprofits, researchers, and other leaders to identify emerging needs among Latinx as well as best practices for responsive and effective funding of social change. HIP pioneers new philanthropic models by leading collaborative initiatives and has provided grants and training to help build the capacity of more than 800 organizations and leaders.
ABOUTTHE POSITION
The Development Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Strategic Partnerships to meet the development and membership goals of HIP. The Development Coordinator will be a keystone member of the team, with a concentration in supporting our Organizational Giving and Individual Giving programs, special events and initiatives, Membership program and donor stewardship activities. This position will also be responsible for effective and efficient use of resources and the donor management system, Salesforce, to measure and achieve development goals.
COMPENSATIONHourly rate of $20 - $24, depending on experience and location. This position requires 7+ hours per day sitting and working from your computer. This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in the United States. Employees are required to comply with health and safety measures consistent with CDC guidelines, and federal, state, and local regulations.
