The Role
We are seeking a Global Head of Corporate Philanthropy & Impact to lead the company's giving, community investment, and social-impact strategy worldwide. You will own the philanthropic portfolio, build the frameworks to measure impact, and connect giving strategy to the company's broader purpose.
What You'll Do- Impact Strategy: Own the global corporate philanthropy and social-impact strategy.
- Giving Portfolio: Build and manage the company's philanthropic giving and grant-making portfolio.
- Community Investment: Lead community investment programs and nonprofit partnerships.
- Impact Measurement: Build frameworks to measure and report social and environmental impact.
- Employee Engagement: Lead employee volunteering and giving programs enterprise-wide.
- Executive Alignment: Partner with the CEO and board on philanthropic strategy and reporting.
- Experience: 12+ years in corporate philanthropy, social impact, or nonprofit leadership.
- Impact Command: Proven track record building measurable philanthropic and impact programs.
- Grant-Making Expertise: Deep experience in grant-making, community investment, and nonprofit partnerships.
- Leadership: Experience building and leading philanthropy or social-impact organizations.
- Strategic: Ability to set impact strategy and make portfolio trade-offs.
- Executive Presence: Board- and investor-ready communication.
- Education: Bachelor's required; advanced degree preferred.
- Global Scale: Experience leading philanthropic strategy across multiple regions.
- ESG: Experience integrating philanthropy into broader ESG and sustainability strategy.
- Foundation Leadership: Experience leading a corporate foundation or grant-making entity.
- Industry: Philanthropy or impact leadership in the client's markets.
We believe in paying top-of-market rates for top-tier talent. The base salary range for this role is $300,000 to $400,000
, with exact placement determined by your skills, years of experience, and interview performance.
