Director of Donor Experience - Hybrid Role

Elevate donor engagement as the Director of Donor Experience at Sinai Health Foundation. Drive innovative stewardship strategies and KPIs in a hybrid workplace in downtown Toronto.

As a dynamic leader, you will report to the Vice President of Donor Experience & Brand Communications. This role seeks an individual with exceptional interpersonal skills to refine and execute a world-class donor engagement strategy. You will collaborate across teams to develop meaningful donor relationships and achieve stewardship and fundraising goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and enhance donor experience strategies

• Develop KPIs and metrics for donor satisfaction

• Analyze data for effective stewardship strategies

• Support the Stewardship Council's reporting needs

• Build relationships with key philanthropic partners

Requirements:

• 7+ years in non-profit fundraising, preferably healthcare

• Proven people management and leadership skills

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Raisers Edge

• High integrity in handling sensitive information
