This position is located in Babynet , Florence County. This is an in-office role and not a telecommute or remote position.
Are you the One? We are looking for an EEMS Babynet Coordinator who will be responsible for conducting an eligibility evaluation that includes but not limited to detailed interviews, history taking, observation, and assessment/evaluation in order to make an eligibility determination for the Baby Net program.
