Central Valley Regional Center is seeking a Service Coordinator to support individuals with developmental disabilities across six counties in the Central Valley. The role includes case management, advocacy, and coordinating services to promote community inclusion.
You will work with families, schools and service providers to develop and implement individualized plans, monitor progress, and ensure access to resources. Travel within the region is required; a valid CA license is necessary.
