USO is seeking a Senior Major Gifts Officer to build and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy across Texas, Colorado, Utah, Oklahoma, Wyoming, and Montana, with a Dallas–Fort Worth focus. You will identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward high-capacity donors and foundations.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, 5+ years in major gifts, and proven six-figure solicitation success. Remote with travel, resume required for consideration.
