The Boys and Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities (BGCTC) is opening a new site in Richfield and seeks a Program Director to lead program planning, implementation, and quality supervision. You will support staff, ensure youth safety, and help expand online programming and resources.
In this role you will supervise staff and volunteers, develop partnerships, and coordinate site visits from donors and partners while helping meet grant reporting requirements and operational needs.
