Job Description

As a Donor Relations Specialist at our charity, you play a pivotal role in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our valued donors. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that donors feel appreciated, informed, and engaged with our mission and impact.

• Donor Communication:
  Regularly communicate with donors through personalized thank-you letters, emails, phone calls, and updates on the impact of their contributions.
• Relationship Building:
  Build and nurture relationships with donors to deepen their connection to our cause, ensuring their continued support and involvement.
• Events and Meetings:
  Coordinate donor appreciation events, meetings, and tours of our facilities to showcase our work and the impact of their donations.
• Data Management:
  Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and preferences in our CRM system to facilitate effective communication and stewardship.

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, nonprofit management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in donor relations, fundraising, or customer relationship management within a nonprofit organization.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
