The Forgotten Initiative is seeking a Community Specialist in Bloomington, Illinois to foster connection among volunteer Advocates. You will plan and execute Advocate community experiences, care initiatives, and our annual Advocate Retreat, ensuring organizers feel seen, supported, and part of something bigger. This is a 32-hour per week role based in our Bloomington office.
Core hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. CT; remote work is available Tuesday and Friday.
