Souls is seeking a Development Manager to lead donor stewardship, grow the monthly giving program, and drive grant writing and reporting. The role is hands-on, data-driven, and highly collaborative across fundraising, operations, and program staff.
You will steward donor relationships, coordinate grant proposals with program data, and ensure timely acknowledgments, reporting, and donor communications. Remote-friendly with travel to partner sites in the U.S.
