Volunteer Program Manager

Under the responsibility of project managers, the volunteer program manager will be involved in the entire recruitment and management process of volunteers. They will also be involved in other missions related to the overall organization of events.

Main mission:
Volunteer Program Essential and strategic role on various events. You will need to meet numerical objectives.

- Recruitment of volunteers necessary for the organization of events (150 to 200 per event): referencing – phoning – follow-ups … - Point of contact for volunteers and partner associations
- Assignment of missions
- Management on event day of volunteers
- Administrative follow-up of the mission

Other missions:
Depending on profiles, other missions may be set with a different distribution by city:

- Event Animations and Village:
Sourcing, recruitment and implementation of the event animation program (events and village)

- Marketing & Communication:
Social media management – Newsletter writing – Servicing partnerships – Ticketing management …

- Event Routes – Logistics:
Setting up the routes of events – General logistics of events

Qualification:

Curious, autonomous and dynamic, you know how to integrate into a project with planning and objective constraints. Force of proposal and initiative, you wish to evolve in the event sector and in a “start-up” universe with concrete and strategic missions for the success of events

- Perfect written and oral expression
- Mastery of office tools excel, ppt
- First experience desired in the event sector

- Bachelor’s degree + 5 Master’s degree in sports management or Business School, IAE - 6-month internship at the end of studies
- Position based in St Denis (new offices) and/or remote work depending on the health context
- Travel to events expected
- Date evolving depending on the resumption of events
