Spotlight PA is seeking a Director of Donor Relations to lead individual major gift fundraising in the Pittsburgh region. This senior role will report to the Deputy Director and work with the CEO, driving leadership gifts from $1,000 to $100,000+ and expanding donor engagement across Western Pennsylvania.
The position is remote, based in the Pittsburgh area, with travel within Western PA for donor meetings and events.
