In this newly created role, you will guide Dillon's teams through Aboriginal rights assessments, support socio-cultural impact evaluations, and foster relationships with Indigenous communities. Your experience will help navigate the complexities of planning and legislation relevant to Indigenous rights across diverse projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead assessments for Aboriginal and Treaty rights
• Provide expert advice on consultation best practices
• Conduct research and framework reviews
• Prepare impactful reports and deliverables
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and community sessions
Requirements:
• Degree in social sciences or related field
• Minimum of 15 years' relevant consulting experience
• Strong expertise in rights and impact assessments
• Proficient in cultural engagement techniques
• Travel availability for nationwide project work
