The Alumni Community Associate supports the engagement of the global alumni network. The role focuses on maintaining consistent communication, coordinating community activities, and ensuring accurate tracking of alumni engagement and availability. This position is execution-focused and plays a key role in sustaining an active, responsive, and well-organized alumni community that can be effectively mobilized for project opportunities.
Key Accountabilities & ResponsibilitiesAlumni Engagement & Communication
- Maintain regular communication with alumni through structured updates and check-ins
- Support the onboarding of new alumni into the community ecosystem
- Respond to alumni queries in a timely and professional manner
Community Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate logistics for events, peer-to-peer activities, and community initiatives
- Support scheduling and follow-up of engagement activities
- Ensure smooth execution of community touchpoints
Data Management & Tracking
- Maintain and update the alumni tracker / CRM with accurate and up-to-date information
- Monitor engagement signals (activity, availability, responsiveness)
- Ensure data consistency to support Talent and BD workflows
Opportunities & Feedback Loop
- Promote relevant projects and engagement opportunities to alumni
- Collect feedback, testimonials, and success stories from alumni
- Support the dissemination of insights across internal teams
Internal Coordination
- Liaise with Talent and Business Development teams to communicate alumni availability and readiness
- Support alignment between community activity and project pipeline needs
Monitoring & Reporting
- Track alumni engagement metrics and participation levels
- Monitor response times and activity trends
- Support reporting on community health and re-engagement efforts
Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 1 year in community management, digital marketing, talent engagement, or program coordination
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders and managing a community
Skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong data management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Eventbrite, Teams)
Preferred
- Familiarity with mentoring/coaching programs
- Exposure to corporate social responsibility initiatives
