The Fairness Project seeks a bilingual West Coast Organizing Manager to lead Chapter Leader recruitment and engagement for a California-focused initiative supported by the Kapor Foundation. This remote role requires Sacramento/CA connections and frontline organizing experience.
You will recruit and develop leaders, drive campaigns, and sustain community management that keeps the chapter network strong, reporting to the National Organizing Director.
