Position: Program Coordinator Hybrid Role
Location: St. Albert

Lead palliative care initiatives with St. Albert Sturgeon Hospice Association as their Program Coordinator. This hybrid position focuses on organizational leadership and volunteer coordination for community programs.

Join SASHA in a key role that emphasizes growth and community engagement in St. Albert and Sturgeon County. The Program Coordinator will recruit and train volunteers while developing strong community connections. Reporting to the Executive Director, this position requires excellent organizational and communication skills to manage program operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee program management and development in the community

• Recruit and train dedicated volunteers to assist clients

• Facilitate stakeholder engagement through events

• Enhance communication strategies within the organization

• Promote a cooperative and accountable work environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in program coordination and community outreach

• Health care experience considered a plus

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Capability to work independently while promoting teamwork
