Rescue Agency in Virginia Beach is seeking a Youth Field Organizer to drive tobacco control and obesity prevention campaigns across Virginia. You will recruit and train youth volunteers, coordinate site visits and trainings, and support the Youth Engagement Manager with campaign activities.
The role is remote-friendly and full-time with frequent travel (65%+). A high school diploma and experience with youth are required, along with strong interpersonal and facilitation skills and proficiency
