Human Rights Watch (HRW) seeks a Senior Project Organizer to lead its LWOP project in California. This 1-year fixed-term, full-time role reports to the CRD Director in LA and may be remote with travel.
Responsibilities include coordinating partners, organizing trainings, and shaping communications to end LWOP while empowering LWOP survivors. Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong leadership and organizational skills, and experience in community organizing and advocacy.
