Kometian sucht ab 1. Mai 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung engagierte Persönlichkeiten für die Leitung der Geschäftsstelle und Vereinsentwicklung in einem flexiblen Teilzeitmodell. Die Stelle kann als 50–70% Position oder als Kombi aus Geschäftsführung (20–40%) und Finanzen/Administration (30–50%) besetzt werden.
Je nach Qualifikation können Aufgaben in einer oder zwei Teilfunktionen wahrgenommen werden. Home Office ist möglich; wir bieten ein sinnstiftendes Umfeld in einem engagierten Team.
