Officer in Philanthropy & Gratitude

Become a Philanthropy Officer at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation, focusing on leadership fundraising and community engagement. This hybrid position allows for strategic work from home combined with in-person interactions.

In this vital role, your responsibilities will involve developing and executing strategies for securing Leadership Giving donations ($10,000+). You will collaboratively work with fellow team members and hospital partners to ensure effective donor stewardship and outreach efforts, emphasizing relationship management and personalized donor experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new donor prospects for Leadership Giving

• Manage donor relationships through all engagement stages

• Engage donors through meaningful outreach efforts

• Prepare proposals and donor-specific communications

• Assist with donor events and experiences

Requirements:

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience

• At least 4-5 years of fundraising experience

• Proficient with Raisers Edge and Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent attention to detail in record keeping

• Strong written and verbal skills for donor communication
