About the Role

Our client is seeking an energetic and organized Community Outreach Coordinator to join their team in Centurion . This role is focused on building relationships within the community, identifying needs, and promoting the services offered by the organization. You will be instrumental in expanding the reach of our client's programs and ensuring that those who need support can access it. The position offers a blend of remote work flexibility and in-person engagement within the Centurion area.

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage target community groups.
• Organize and facilitate community events, workshops, and information sessions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with local stakeholders, community leaders, and partner organizations.
• Promote the organization's services and programs through various communication channels.
• Collect feedback from the community to inform service improvement and development.
• Prepare regular reports on outreach activities and their impact.

• Experience in community development, outreach, or program coordination.
