Company Description

Invest in Kids is a Colorado-based nonprofit that has worked for over 25 years to improve the health and well-being of vulnerable young children and families across the state. The organization brings research-based, proven programs into communities, with a focus on meeting the needs of children in low-income families so that every child in Colorado can thrive. Invest in Kids oversees three evidence-based programs:
Nurse-Family Partnership®, which supports vulnerable first-time mothers and their babies;
The Incredible Years®, which strengthens emotional and social health through parent, teacher, and child relationships; and Child First®, a two-generation, home-based model for young children and families. Through strong partnerships with community leaders, care providers, and donors, Invest in Kids supports positive outcomes in pregnancy, early childhood development, and family stability.

Role Description

The Philanthropic Partnerships Manager is a full‑time, hybrid role based in Denver, CO, with flexibility for some work from home. The manager will collaborate closely with program and leadership teams to create compelling proposals, impact reports, and engagement materials that reflect the organization’s evidence-based approach. The role also includes tracking partnership performance, maintaining accurate records in donor databases, supporting fundraising events, and ensuring that all philanthropic activities reflect the values of equity, inclusion, and respect for the communities served.
