The Development Director is responsible for managing the fundraising pipeline from initial relationship-building through gift solicitation, stewardship, and long-term retention.
This is an active, externally facing position that requires confidence in meeting with prospective donors, making fundraising asks, securing sponsor ships, and developing strategic partnerships.
