• Design and implement comprehensive community outreach strategies to engage target demographics.
• Identify and cultivate partnerships with community organizations, local leaders, and stakeholders.
• Develop and distribute outreach materials (digital and physical) to raise awareness of services and programs.
• Organize and facilitate virtual or in-person outreach events and information sessions.
• Track and report on outreach activities, key performance indicators, and outcomes.
• Gather feedback from the community to inform program development and service delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Work, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in community outreach, marketing, or public relations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
• Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
• Proficiency in using remote communication tools, social media, and CRM software.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage projects independently in a remote setting.
