About the JobWe are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for experienced nonprofit, philanthropy, and community programme professionals with strong expertise in programme management, community engagement, philanthropic initiatives, and mission-driven organisational work.
This role focuses on reviewing professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentation materials related to nonprofit organisations, philanthropy, and community programmes. Selected experts will assess outputs for factual accuracy, programme quality, analytical rigour, practical relevance, presentation effectiveness, and overall professional credibility.
Key ResponsibilitiesNonprofit Programme Management
- Evaluate nonprofit programme plans, reports, and related work products for accuracy and practical soundness
- Assess whether programme objectives, activities, resources, and intended outcomes are clearly aligned
- Identify unsupported assumptions, implementation gaps, and unrealistic recommendations
- Review programme structures, operational approaches, and delivery considerations
- Apply professional judgement grounded in real-world nonprofit experience
Philanthropy & Grantmaking
- Review materials involving philanthropic initiatives, funding strategies, and grant-supported programmes
- Assess whether funding priorities and programme recommendations are clearly supported
- Evaluate alignment between philanthropic objectives, programme activities, and intended outcomes
- Identify gaps in rationale, resource allocation, or implementation planning
- Review materials for clarity, consistency, and professional credibility
Community Programmes & Outreach
- Evaluate community programme plans, engagement strategies, and outreach materials
- Assess whether proposed approaches appropriately reflect programme objectives and stakeholder needs
- Review community engagement, participation, and service-delivery considerations
- Identify weaknesses in programme accessibility, coordination, or implementation
- Evaluate recommendations for practical feasibility and community relevance
Programme Planning & Implementation
- Review programme strategies, implementation plans, timelines, and supporting documentation
- Assess whether responsibilities, milestones, resources, and dependencies are clearly defined
- Identify execution risks, missing considerations, or unrealistic assumptions
- Evaluate whether proposed implementation approaches support stated programme goals
- Review programme recommendations for operational coherence
Impact & Programme Evaluation
- Evaluate materials involving programme outcomes, performance measures, and impact assessment
- Review metrics, assumptions, and supporting analyses for consistency
- Assess whether stated outcomes are supported by available information
- Identify gaps between programme objectives, activities, and reported results
- Evaluate whether performance information is presented clearly and meaningfully
Stakeholder & Partner Engagement
- Review strategies involving community partners, donors, programme participants, foundations, or other stakeholders
- Assess whether communication and engagement approaches are appropriate for intended audiences
- Evaluate coordination, responsibilities, and stakeholder alignment
- Identify gaps in communication, ownership, or partnership planning
- Review recommendations for strengthening stakeholder engagement
Documents & Presentation Review
